mSpy is a complete scam. They sell this app to worried parents, promising peace of mind, but it’s all hidden behind misleading claims and fine print designed to deceive you. Within 30 minutes of buying it, I realized it was useless for what I needed. I reached out immediately for a refund, and here I am, nearly a month later, with no help and no refund. Their "customer service" is a joke—they don’t care about anything but keeping your money.

They’ve ignored my feedback, refused to offer any reasonable solution, and have been nothing but dismissive. They’re intentionally vague about their product’s limitations, and I feel completely conned. I’m done with their lies—do NOT waste your money on mSpy. I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this rip-off app.

I subscribed to mSpy, but I was unable to use the service because it's blocked in my country. I opened a ticket requesting a cancellation and refund, but the support was incredibly slow and unhelpful. I had to wait three days for each reply, and after all that time, they refused to refund the service I never used and won’t be able to use. Very frustrating experience – I do not recommend their service if you're expecting decent customer support or flexibility.

Advertised as a non rooting thing and almost nothing works on it. The rooting tech support only available after 5-9 working days.
The 14days money back guarantee does not work, they are just wasting your time with offers, or simply not replying and sitting on your money.

So there is no service, or cannot work as promised, no immediate tech support, no money back.

I purchased an Mspy subscription on July 19, 2024, hoping to utilize its features effectively. Unfortunately, the app has not worked as advertised, and I have faced numerous issues with its installation on the target phone.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times and requesting assistance, I have not received any meaningful help or resolution. I also requested a refund on the same day of my purchase, but my request has been ignored.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and responsiveness from Mspy. I strongly urge the company to address my issue and process my refund immediately.

I am not allowed to give 0 starts so here's 1 on me. I have signed up to Premium for a year (wished it was 1 month now) and had only issues with the software. 3 months in I went through 4 or 5 Technical and Advanced Technical supports which all they did each time is reinstall the same software or the latest version. Most of the features advertised DO NOT WORK. Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat none of them work. After 3 months, 4 remote technical supports a refund seems to be impossible. Will try a chargeback from the bank with the emails and chat transcripts.
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS SOFTWARE AND COMPANY.

I have had a very, very Bad experience with this company. Before buuying it I specifically asked if it works on Iphone 14 and I've been told that it does monitor this kind of phone, it monitors Whatsapp, Instagram and Snapchat. So, I payed almost 200 euros to monitor Iphone 14 in order to keep my child safe. But it did not work after installing the app, it does not monitor Whatsapp, there was no Snapchat, no Instagram in the menu. I got in contact with a person from customer support and I was told that it does not work without jailbreak and I was asked to pay more than 500 euros to get this kind of service. Mspy boasts about all the features it offers but those features aren't accurate. If you have an iphone these features won't show up in your dashboard. Their easy install is best case but isn't always easy and doesn't always work. If you need a refund for ANY reason.....they will NEVER refund you even if it's for a legit reason. They are not here to offer you a good service. They are dishonest and will only take your money. They are no better than other companies and offer nothing more than other services. What they offer is really nothing special. If you have android you can get all these features but Mspy offers no trial and even though they claim money back options, they will never refund your money. So be prepared to be disappointed.

This company is total scam purchased and never received. Support never reply to emails. All phone numbers provided don't answer. Live chat support never respond.

Worst product doesn't work at all. waste of money. there is no refund policy. I have raised fund with in 5 days. but billing team denied request stating it is contradicting policy. I have reinstalled mspy twice and given all permission but it's useless.

Their customer service is very misleading, the bulk of charges are in the fine print they tried to charge me almost an extra $100 beyond price advertised in starting up the services. Their fine print also gives them the right to refuse a refund request even if you decided and requested cancellation within the hour of starting up services.
